Didn't care for the backup but main story still great. Love watching even the justice league lose to Failsafe.

Coming to a end, will Bruce be able to survive? Not looking good.

This entire worked well for me. Over the top, bombastic, fun as fuck story. Give me more.

A solid start. Love the art but little confused at the start.

Blue box mixes romance with sports with...well mixed results.

You got our main lead Taiki who plays Badminton while the other co-lead, and his crush, Chinatsu (I'll call her Chi for short) Plays basketball.

I do like the idea Taiki kind of a average player in his sport while Chi is a MVP of her team. This makes their challenges different, and more unique to the story. And the romance is sweet, with some really good funny moments that got me to chuckle.

I think the story feels a bit plain though. Nothing made me laugh out loud, or give me a exciting feeling while they were playing, and I think it lacks the bunch of a romance only love story or an exciting sports manga.

While the first volume didn't blow me away, it was still an enjoyable read for what it was. A 3 out of 5.

More background and with that, things get more interesting

I don't think Lonely City is the end all be all of comics but damn if it isn't charming, fun, and a joy to view due to the art.

Salina is doing more heist now, bringing in more of a team, and having a blast doing so. I really like the character interactions and motivations behind a lot of them. Seeing a lot of criminals after their prime, settle down, is perfect. I wonder how this series will end though.

DNF - Just kind of a bore. Not liking the art design or characters. Lots of cool ideas though.
