Kind of cool to see Monica origin story here. Never knew it before and I do like captain marvel. Spidy mostly gets shafted but hey thats okay.

Okay now we're talking. Peter controlling his emotions, everyone a suspect, the hobgoblin shows himself...we're getting to some real good stuff.

Brian shitty dialogue pops up here a lot. Homophobic and slut shaming, how fun. It's just boring. Yes these are criminals. But could have just done it better. This is like lazy early 2000's edgy writing...which guess works for Azzarello. This is a okay story at best now.

Benjamin Raab takes on the title of Green lantern before we get Hal Jordan's return. These are the last few issues of Kyle as the main green Lantern, and ironically enough he's trying to build back the Corp but nobody seems to interested after what happen with Jordan. The first issue is him trying to convince people and failing but not giving up hope yet. Solid but nothing remarkable.

Another solid issue. Basically Kyle is in space trying his best to make something happen. Create a new corp. But he's having issues with different alien races. At the same time Jenny and...sorry forgot her name, but Johns girlfriend, have a girls night out trying to discover themselves. It's another decent issue but nothing big is happening.

So looks like they brought Winnick back pretty quickly. Even though it doesn't look like he'll stay long. This just moves things along with Kyle finally feeling like he's justified being out in space for so long. Also have some slice of life plots with John and his girl. Like the other issues, this is okay.

I appreciate the message of gay-bashing and standing up for being who you are. And I liked the fakeout here with Kyle. But this def feels very one shot and one and done style storylines. I wonder if we'll get bigger, epic storylines before the end.

Reread before going to volume 4. Still amazing. Love it.

Babyteeth remains one of the BEST ongoing comics.

This time we have Sadie determined to reach her Sister Heather and her baby Clark. Of course her father doesn't want her to go to actual HELL but what choice do we have? When we finally get into hell we meet the devil himself, but holy hell (no pun intended) you have no clue what is going to come out of this.

Funny as hell, emotional, and exciting, babyteeth continues to give us a surprise after surprise. It flips cliches on their head and gives us so many character driven moments. I loved the hell out of the Devil and another great addition to this fucked up story. I also love the art.

This is a must read story still, go buy it. A 5 out of 5.
