Another solid issue but it was a tie in so not alot happened. There's a funny as hell moment with nanny and sinister though. I also think the art still solid.
Pretty awesome issue! Wonder girls everywhere. Nice fights. A bit jarring to change from different characters but keeps it exciting.
Much better issue. Back on track without tie ins. Sinister being a sassy little asshole again is everything I want. The ending giving us some cool fights coming. Yeah, I'm back in!
This volume was a ton of set up for the final arc coming in volume 10 of Immortal Hulk.
Saying it is set up isn't bad though it didn't do a lot for me other than some great moments. One on a ship where someone is going to go to drastic measures to prove himself. A meeting with The Hulk and The Thing is pretty great too. The final few moments are promising big things are coming for the Hulk because something is born from all this terribleness.
It's a lot though. At this point the series almost DEMANDS a re-read to get it all. I do plan on picking up the Omnibus when it comes out to really get the full scope of this series. Because reading them so far apart it doesn't always hit the highs as if you read it all in one go. Saying that, still a solid volume.

Pretty much an entire volume of filler but it was pretty fun for the most part.
It is 3 different stories. First is dealing with Peter and Logan switching bodies. Yes, freaky friday style. Don't worry, even Bendis knows it is stupid, and that's part of the joke. It's okay, it has some cute parts, but overall a very skippable read. The second bunch is the best stories for me with Johnny coming to school and boring out with Peter. It's simple but effective and some good dialogue. The last story is Peter going on a Date with MJ but it getting it all fucked up. It's okay, the ending was pretty great.
Overall, it's a solid bunch of side stories but disappointing coming from the very serious and fucked up last volume. If you want a great follow-up, this isn't it. But it does a decent job of being easier and fun to lessen the darkness.
A 3 out of 5.

The full truth comes out. I knew that bitch couldn't be trusted. The end is close now.
I assume this is future states timeline. seems everything has fallen apart and now Superman had to come to Manchester black for some help. Hilarity begins. I just wish there was more Authority in this.
Rap battles, trying to have the wife's parents cooking, and trying to enjoy a lazy day all make this a blast to read.
If ever I want to smile, laugh, or chuckle, this series delivers. A pure delight with these crazy adventures. The two best being a big rap battle between a few characters and the wife's father cooking was TOO funny. I love this series and hope it last atleast 10 volumes.

Kind of bumped this series is so short.
Family tree starts off interesting, second part is high paced and crazy, and then ends decent but you can feel it ended too soon. With watching how the "present" time period fighting off against these guys who want the world back to what it was before the trees took over. It's simple, it has a few emotional bits that work, but everything feels super rushed.
Luckily I know Lemire still one of the best, this just wasn't "The best" A 3 out of 5.

A somber look at goals, dreams, and friendship and how easily they can be taken away. About two aspiring authors's trying to create their dream as manga artist. Both of them are struggling and together they create magic. But one idea, one dream, and everything shattered. It's a tragic but powerful tale that is no surprise from the likes of Fujimoto.
