I enjoyed this book overall! I thought some things ended up being too convenient or conflicts resolved themselves too easily, but I enjoyed being taken to a very different world! I look forward to reading the next one.

I really loved this book. I thought the characters were really enjoyable and the kids were so cute and fun - they really reminded me of my own nephews. This is the second book of his I’ve read and I really like them.

I absolutely loved this book. It was engaging and moving, and an inspiring reminder to live every day to the fullest and never let things go unsaid - especially telling your loved ones how much they mean to you.

While I was looking for just a light and enjoyable book, this one was a bit less intriguing than I would’ve hoped! It was full of cliche and was predictable. Though it did sometimes give me the cheesy love moments I was looking for!

I didn’t really like this book. It felt full of cliches and everything worked out too well by the end. It just felt really easy and predictable, and the use of demons was just too much for me.

This book was definitely interesting, but I just felt like I wanted more. I found the second half a little bit more difficult to read and almost wish the first half had been the only half. I was invested by the story of Maria and Steph, and wasn’t ready for it to all go away.

LOVED this book and really flew through it despite it being pretty long. It was very cheesy and romantic, but I loved seeing queer characters in this sort of fantastical, dreamy way. Looking forward to seeing the movie.
