Uh oh Carl

It's taken me a while to read this, maybe because of my exams but maybe it might be because I didn't really enjoy it all that much. Don't get me wrong it's a good plot, good characters and a nice setting but it just didnt do it for me.

The ending was essentially pointless - Benedictus didn't achieve anything, he didnt kill Dies Irae and he didnt reclaim the throne. In my opinion it would've been good if he accomplished a bit more since it was going to and throw a lot with Kyrie with pointless acts.

It was an okay book, I don't think I'll be reading more of his work but it wasn't bad

Didnt know Dale and Angela were a thing

This so far has been my favourite classic yet, it had a good pace story which I know because of various retellings but I had more to it. It created depth that the shows and movies couldn't, gave them full emotions that I loved about it! And the language used was easy to understand unlike HG Wells or Bram Stoker.
I loved it because its Peter Pan and how could you not

The beginning and the end of this book had me hooked, the stuff in the middle I found clouded it a little bit. Nevertheless, Paper Towns is brilliant and I was laughing constantly (mainly due to Ben and his vulgar yet charming one liners).
It's not an official John Green book unless someone dies, luckily in this one none of the main characters die.

Christ, this book was a roller coaster from start to finish.
Even at the beginning it had me wondering what the big secret was, at first I thought it was like the anime 'another' where class would be dead or something. But the outcome was even better than expected!
Tragic tale with different focuses which were very well done, I will definitely look into more of his work.
