This is the second book in the series, after Twilight. It continues Bella Swan's love story but when her beloved Edward goes away she has to seek comfort else where. If you've seen the films and thought ill of this series i would recommend reading the books because i enjoyed myself reading these. I kept fangirling over Edward and Jacob personally.
He is a master of horror. This is a great book is jam-packed zombie gore, but also with great depth with the story. And with a twist at the end too great to even describe. Both me and my english teacher both enjoyed reading this so give it a try and if you like horror i promise you, you WILL want more.
Angel cake: a look into the mind of a young polish girl living in England with a crush on the school's bad boy. This book wasn't as good as the others in Cathy Cassidy's series but still a really good one. It shows her struggle of the obvious language barrier she posses, the emotions of a young girl developing a crush while subtly tackling issues teenagers face in schools today. Overall a good read for a girl in her pre-teens or maybe even her teens.
Before reading this I didn't read any of the previous books in this series by Ms. Johnson.
This book is perfect, thrilling and a little bit chilling. Although the beginning is slow and dull, i had to push through to get to the interesting parts. Even though the beginning was hard to read it was interesting and kept my slight interest. The progression of this book took a turn of events I wasn't expecting, to be honest I had no clue to where this book was going in the first place, but still.
Overall it is a great book (a very short one might I add), great plot (it took me by surprise) and a brilliant twist in the book I wasn't expecting. Therefore you must read this book and think it as brilliant as I do.

I couldn't actually finish this book because I found it incredibly dull! Maybe it was because I haven't read the previous book, but it didn't suck me in like other books. I have to admit the start was interesting but towards the middle and end just got boring.
I must try and finish it at some point.

Meet the one and only Daizy Star! She's quirky and cool and loving life in Year Six with her best friends Willow and Beth. But when Dad hatches a mad plan that will turn life upside-down, Daizy is too horrified to tell anyone at all - and pretty soon she finds herself tangled up in a knot of secrets and lies.
Well-written but the story is more adapted for younger readers.

We follow the main character as he makes his decision to go through with the op. I thought he was initially a lovely boy who just wanted to be normal. However, he changed part way through and became a temporary tool but he changed back at the end. So overall he’s a likeable character that handles himself well considering the situation he finds himself in.
Overall this is so touching. I didn’t quite cry but believe me there were times when I was close.

Horrid Henry builds himself a time machine and tricks Perfect Peter. Perfect Peter strikes back, Henry dines at Restaurant Le Posh, and he is made to go on a hike. I read this for school with a younger child to help with her reading, and I ended up enjoying it more than her! Now that shows something either about my maturity or how good these books are!
I do believe I am in a Charlie Brown Marathon

I loved this book because it has such a sad plot and because at the time i loved the colour blue. I think i nearly burst out in tears when the mother got beaten by her boyfriend in the car and when she had to go to hospital.
