Na, ez jó volt!!!
Kicsit nehezen indult be a sztori, féltem, hogy nem fognak érdekelni a szereplők, – elég sokan vannak, sokfelé és nem mind szimpatikus az elején, – de a legtöbbjüket sikerült megszeretnem (- főleg a Johannes+Kristóf+Péter triót, szurkoltam).
Engem nem kifejezetten zavart a váltott nézőpont sem, sőt: örültem, hogy nem csak egy karaktert követtünk, így könnyebben megismerhettük őket.
Ugyan több szálon fut a cselekmény, mégis nagyszerűen összehozza ezeket a szerző a mű végére. Nyilván nem túl meglepő a végkifejlet, de én teljesen meg voltam elégedve vele, nem igazán találtam kivetnivalót. Pont ilyen cukormázas lezárást vártam ettől a könyvtől és meg is kaptam! :D

Valós történelmi személyek használata történelmi fikcióban nálam nem szokott bejövős lenni a hiteltelenség végett, de szerencsére itt nem vitte túlzásba az író, úgyhogy ezt is elnézem :)

Storybook containing puzzles, shows us a day of the Little Mole & friends. Not very original but cute, lil' kids might have some fun with it!

Kirakósokat tartalmazó könyvecske, a kisvakond és barátai egy napját mutatja be. Nem túl eredeti, de aranyos, kisgyerekek jól ellehetnek vele!

Very cute short story of the Little Mole, the lovely illustrations captured the cozy autum vibes perfectly, wish it was longer.

Not a lot about the tea dragons this time

or even the festival, we barely get to see it, lol

although it didn't bother me too much. Still cute, bit heavy on the exposition, not enough story happens to compensate that. Hopefully it'll be more balanced for the next volume.

These Wimpy Kid-books continue to have the most insane plots, lol, the shenanigans our characters carry out could put the Mission Impossible movies to shame....in fact, I wouldn't even bat an eye, if Tom Cruise were to suddenly show up out of nowhere.

Already listened to the audiobook before - which I could barely hear because of the background instrumental, lol - but I really wanted to have the physical book as well. Love the overall look/feel, the pictures, the text font, the paintings, the paper. The poems are beautifully written, very Lana - yet I believe one doesn't have to know her songs prior to reading this collection, the poems can be enjoyed on their own. Stream of conciousness, descriptions, stories, feelings: Lana's thoughts and experiences come off as very personable and familiar, one of the things I love about her work. The haikus at the end were a bit underwhelming for a closure but other than that, gorgeous piece of art. Would probably recommend reading while listening along to the audiobook for the full experience!

Love this low-stakes-slice-of-life-fantasy genre we have now.
