This was my first ever novel I received a free copy for in exchange for my honest review, and what a great book to have as my first! The story pulled me in from the first chapters, it read so easily that it was a good movie playing in my head, I had trouble putting it down to go to sleep. I was talking out loud to Alex and Michael a lot to stop being idiots (I mean that in the best way), which is always a great sign for me that I’m loving the story and the characters. The book also made me want to visit New York City even more!

Be still, my heart! What an amazing romance story, I couldn’t put it down!

I won this paperback in an Instagram giveaway and I’m so happy I received this one out of my choices! It’s a great enemies-to-lovers story, very easy to read. It made me smile a lot, and it kept making me crave all the cupcakes!

I loved this story! A perfect continuation of The Wrong Player, focusing on Belle this time around. Reading books where American football is involved always feel like autumn, even though that’s one sport I might never understand. Belle and Makoa are so great together! 

Even though I’m never a big fan of lying, I understood why he did, and I’m very happy they worked out out in the end!

Perfect romance story

The plot has a long buildup, it almost feels that it didn’t get going until I was more than halfway through, but it was still an enjoyable read. Finished it in a day!
