This was such a great romance! I love how much of how running and coaching a football team goes was part of this story. I absolutely love Gunnar, he is so kind and willing to help people without them having to ask. Felicity is amazing as well, being so strong in this work environment where she has to fight so much harder for everything, but still able to share her loving side with Gunnar. Their first hookup happened a bit early in the book for me, I would’ve loved to see some more buildup, but they’re amazing together! I love how it’s so clear how they helped each other come out of their shell, able to climb into each other’s hearts, and share the love.
And I laughed so much at Gunnar’s “your weird American system has playoffs”, I couldn’t have said it better myself!

Another solid book in this series! I really liked it. It was fun, emotional, frustrating (in a good way), and at times very steamy, a great mix of it all!

I absolutely loved this story! I read it on a headache day, and in a way I was glad I did because it meant I read slower than normal and had more time with the book. Natalie and Cory are both amazing people, and together they’re so great! I love it when sports romances actually focus on the sports as well, and living through the season with Cory, reading about his struggles was so well done. It felt like I was in the stands with the last game!

This was a fun summer read! It was great to read a book mostly from the guy’s perspective, but I was glad that we got to learn Penny as well through the emails and texts, and with her chapter! I always like a story more when I get to read both sides!

Another solid book in the Brentwood series! I loved that this one took place after college, it’s great to meet up with everybody in a different time in their lives. I love that Jason is still the caring, kind guy in the group, and he’s such a fun pair with Dotty!

We already met Patrick in Lindsey Loves Love, and I'm so happy that I got to read his story next! He and Kelsey are opposites, but they work so well together. The story moves fast, and even though I got frustrated with them both at times, it was always a good frustration. The balance was right between the struggling moments and the loving ones. It was great to catch up with Lindsey and Nick as well, see how their lives are continuing, but the story definitely can be read as a standalone. I think I would've liked a bit more actual communication between Patrick and Kelsey before diving in, but I was very happy with the talks they did have, promising to be open and honest. That's what's most important in any relationship. And the epilogue was so cute!

I’m a big fan of the enemies to lovers trope, and add to that a sports environment? Yes please! I loved this audiobook, I couldn’t stop listening! The story was great, and the full cast made it an even better story. It’s nice to have books without big drama, and this was a perfect example of that!
