It was pretty good a d I still enjoy the world and recurring characters. Meeting new members of the family was also fun. I just didn't like it as much as the first.

I have to say that this is probably one of my favorite children's books. I first read it ages ago in elementary school, I think, and I loved it then. I completely forgot about it until recently.

I read Auster in high school once and I really enjoyed his books then. It's no surprise that I find them enjoyable now and I'm so happy that I've returned to his work.

Strangely enough, I found I liked this more than Song of Achilles. Perhaps not as much as I loved Circe, but the story of Galatea works well in this short story format.

I really enjoyed the premise of the story and the artwork was beautiful. I did myself a disservice though by reading it on my phone. The text layout was a bit tricky because it gets pretty dense at times, but I did like reading it.

I just wasn't a fan. I just couldn't get into it.

I didn't know much about this book before startinn to read, so I wasn't expecting everything that happened to happen. That said, I think going in blind made my experience of reading the book the best it could be. I loved all the twists and turns. And while I sometimes feel iffy on the subject matter and the way mental health can be portrayed in this genre, I felt that it wasn't too bad, considering everything.

It was a pretty simple story and while there were parts that were charming, I just didn't really find it all that interesting.

I don't really read romance because it's not a genre I find interesting, but this was pretty great. The whole premise and format was executed really well and even though the author and artist only gave us a small glimpse of each character, I really felt for each one.
