It reminded me of another 90s/2000s romcom movie. Not bad but not my fav. The FMC really bugged me so I was just mostly annoyed. But overall it was cute.

I didn't love The Ballad of Songbirds & Snakes so was a bit hesitant starting this. I absolutely devoured this book. Yes it mirrored The Hunger Games but I think that's what made me love it. I loved Haymitch's story and seeing his character develop and made me love him as a character even more!!

This book was amazing! It was reminding me of Hunger Games + Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire + Divergent all while being it's own exciting story. Trials, powers, rebellion, betrayal....I loved everything about it.

I hate that I put this one off for so long! I absolutely loved it! Cinderella Story meets She's All That with a marriage of convenience plot line - it worked! This was such a fun read and I loved all the characters.

“I love you,” I say with a smile. “Not just because you take me to get ice cream in the middle of the night, but… it definitely helps.”

I really liked the novella prequel to this one that I hopped right into this series and was pretty disappointed. It was fine but Madison did not seem like the same person that she was in Pucking High School. You felt for her then. In this book she just kinda comes across as the annoying little sister that for some reason Dash can't shake off. The overuse of "Big Man" nickname when referring to Dash was too much.

I've been so hesitant on starting the Briar U series cause the Campus series was just okay for me. I definitely like this series more so far!

This reminded me a lot of The Blind Side. It was really good!
