This was a pretty good mystery, lots of red herrings and working theories, although I was right in the end. I think the drawback for me was there wasn’t a single really like-able character in this. Alexis more than anyone, I mostly just felt really bad for her but it was annoying that she had no spine but was incredibly insecure. Everyone else was awful. And so much keeping-up-with-the-Joneses it was anxiety inducing watching Sam and Alexis be obsessed with status. Still, the mystery part of it was good though.

So many great thoughts about experiential and tried love vs new love, about how different memories mean different things (or nothing) to different people and how valuable honesty and grace for each other is, not just in a marriage but any relationship.

Sort of a ridiculous, slapstick type funny with all the crazy antics Lottie and Ben endured to keep them apart and the control-freak freak outs Fliss had. Noah was also an added amusement.

Still going strong with the series. I often had no idea where the story was going and had me hanging on, not knowing what was going to happen next. Enjoyed watching the blanks filled in with the 20 year gap for Jamie and he and Claire figuring out how to reconcile their gaps and life choices.
