This book was a remarkable read, offering a distinctive and engaging narrative. My thanks go to NetGalley for providing me with an advance review copy. At the heart of the story is Little Ethan, who survives a plane crash and is taken in by his godparents, while his parents watch from another plane. The author skillfully examines the complex interplay between grief and love, as seen through the eyes of a mother grappling with the loss of her son. The themes of addiction and suspense are expertly woven throughout the narrative, making for a compelling read from start to finish. I highly recommend this book

This book was a phenomenal read that I finished in one sitting, unable to put it down. It is a masterful exploration of grief, guilt, and the feeling of being hated, evoking a haunting atmosphere. The tension builds eerily, revealing secrets from the past and a mind-blowing plot twist. I was hooked from page one. The author's writing is outstanding.

As a huge fan of Steve Cavanagh, I have had the pleasure of reading some of the Eddie Flynn books. Witness 8 did not disappoint. Thank you, NetGalley, for providing me with a copy of this book. The story revolves around a murder on a wealthy street, with an anonymous tip potentially identifying the killer. However, the nanny/housekeeper appears to know more than she is letting on. I think Mr. Cavanagh has demonstrated exceptional skill in writing this book.
