Hahn I love Mazey Eddings usually and was so looking forward to this, but I found the beginning 15% SO frustrating. I understand Opal is a pushover but it just got annoying to read. I then felt like although I imagine her scenario of buying a farm from a FB listing isn’t the most ridiculous thing someone has done, I had to suspend belief a bit - added to the previous pushover issues I just couldn’t enjoy it.
I continued to see how I felt with the RI but it felt awkward and a bit tell me instead of show me. Ultimately I couldn’t carry on reading and I’m gutted!

I wanted to love this, and I loved the premise, but the Scottish dialect was awkward and drew me out of the story (I think just say someone is Scottish and write the dialogue normally unless it’s a comedy/drama? Just my opinion!)

Then the way Helen is described - it’s almost like she’s being negged? She almost looked attractive in a certain light, at a certain angle?! And constant reference to her small breasts that were surprisingly ok?!

Far too blasé about rape and dominance.
I don’t get the hype at all and DNF at 9%
The female MC is far too young and immature to carry this type of plot and I found it way too uncomfortable

Love the premise but this needs a big Ol’ edit 

I liked this to begin with but found the cavalier attitude towards speed donation a bit odd, as well as the enemies to lovers aspect being a bit rubbish 

The pacing was off and I wasn’t invested
