I loveeeeee this. It's everything I love in an omegaverse book but with a big Asian cast featuring lots of Asian comfort cuisine. The heroes are sweet and filthy, cheerful and grumpy, all the best book boyfriend traits are present. I love the way author deals with scent matches and how it isn't the end all be all but how they get on as people that matter in their relationship.

Unhinged and bonkers, can you really call this romance when the heroine has been put through hell and abuse by everyone in her life especially by the "hero." I wouldn't wish this book on anyone, not the disjointed writing or the sudden pov change from first person to third. I thought maybe it's a diary entry shift to the present with a time skip but no, it's just a fevered dream I paid £2.50 for.

I really enjoyed this, it started so strong then it got a bit muddy with some pacing issues BUT I love a capable dangerous heroine who had to hide her capability. The world is interesting and the slow burn was deliciously aching. I will read the next book to finish off Aren and Lara's story.

I loved the premise, the sailing boat settings were great and all the bits and nautical things. Very insta-love of course but the heroine was too sheltered and naive for me, not in her pursuit of the hero but in how she ended up there. The other two in the series were more grounded, which is ridiculous considering their premise but this one was a bit over the top for me.

I enjoyed this much more than the first one, probably since it's shorter and got to the point. Hero is such a sweetheart and the whole write a memo thing was cute.

Shapeshifting shadow man with wings and tentacles, yeah yeah fine, no problem. The only part I did a double take was when she wrapped her calf over the wooden pole at the strip club. Is it that the people are so bad at running a club, they have wooden poles cause they're incompetent? Anyway, I love this novella, it's sweet, delivers on the shapeshifting smut and it's got a strong heroine who embraces whatever life throws her way.

What a perfect end to the Wallflower series. I didn't think I would care much for Daisy as a character but she grew on me and peeling back the layers of Matthew was phenomenal!!

Fox is super adorable, his statement to the media was so sweet and possessive. Molly had so much growth through the book, the second half of the book really picked up the pace whereas the first half was dragging a bit. They had a lot of sex, even I was like oh they're banging again and I love smut haha. It's a long book and feels dated reading in 2024 but ended on a sweet note.

Exactly what I wanted from a Chloe Maine novella with a caretaking daddy and sensible tortured heroine and lots of dirty talk and breeding. *Chef's kiss*
