This one took me a while to finish since it slowed down in the middle as the MCs got to know each other. I like the one sided insta love goofball hero with a fiercely independent heroine who has every reason to be guarded and untrusting. Was a slog to read through though but ended on a positive note.

What a beautiful book, an absolute delight from the get-go. The banter is witty and their interactions are filled with great tension and hilarity. Perfect grumpy hero, not everyone can get away with calling heroine's pussy in "such good working order" and still be desirable.
