It's a short novella so I understand it didn't get into a lot of the journey/lead up but it skipped over major plot points so it became jarring. I felt very disconnected from the couple, don't get me wrong their interactions were still sweet but I was not invested.

I didn't really care about the characters, they felt stiff and rigid (harhar) insta-love with dramatic plot, the book felt dated

Not enough daddy and little bunny development for me. Too much bonkers plot which is fine if there are more of the main couple.

Smutty novella with a shy tortured hero about the quantity of his ejeculate, so of course our heroic heroine is here to show him there are women out there that love it. I don't for a second believe the other escorts would turn down good money, time with a handsome man and a cum bath.

Fated mates couple that uses cute violence as a way of showing affections, it's so sweet. Hero has to take care of his shadow babies cause he's the best shadow daddy, absolutely adorable.

Yess a short and sweet straight up smut with a good ol' crude dirty talking hero and an "ice princess" who was an ex-high school bully. Hero does some caretaking but otherwise a total alphahole, I loveee.

Five amazing spellbinding stars. What an absolute gem of a book and I am so mad at myself for just now reading it. It seriously made me chuckle out loud so many times with it's dry humour. I never highlight books and here I am highlights every other line because they are all gold. So much emotional depth, longing and tension for a short book. It's perfection.

Okay, I lovveeeeeeed this but I don't know if I would love this as much if I didn't read the Off Campus series because Garrett is like half the book. I really loved the lead up to them being together, the interaction and the relationship felt so fun and organic and I sure gobbled up all 500 pages of this very long book just jam packed with plot.

Things I didn't love: talking a lot, having social media and lots of cosmetic products are "chicks only" activity

I need more Daddy Death.

I need a real Scot to review this because it's got the hallmark signs of a foreigner writing about Scotland. This book has all the annoying stereotypical Americanness that winds me up. Over the top "comedic" occurrences that are pure cringe. Having said that, it's also got a lot of heart. The vulnerability of the heroine was shown early and it made her more palatable but it was still a struggle. This book is such a dichotomy of sweetness and hyperbolic awkwardness.
