Father's best friend, daddy and breeding kink, the usual one would expect from Chloe Maine but of course they have a really poignant conversation during the discussion of their DD/LG dynamic. This was beautiful.

This was the perfect cringe. I loved it, grinned ear to ear beginning to end. I love a boss/employee relationship especially when the heroine is the persuer, even through all the absolutely hilarious euphemisms and word play, there's a sweet romance unfolding.

Thanks to B. Sobjakken for the review copy and this is my honest review.

I'm a simple woman when it's Mary Jane Wells narrating and the hero loving them sweet bosoms, I'm content. Remember no bedding on Wednesday, Friday and Sundays and someone gets these people CT scans cause they keep getting head injuries.

This one sucked me in quickly, I love a super grumpy, can't use his words hero and a heroine who had so much to prove but can't help but be drawn into him.

So many great moments in this book, the scene that everyone talked about totally lived up to my expectations and enjoyed their insta-love/fascinations. Also mark it under exhibionists because they basically bone it out on the stage of Carnegie Hall with their instruments in front of hundreds of people.

Really recommend looking up the playlist for this book, the classical pieces provide a lot of context that I enjoyed.

This was cute and sweet but I felt d'Arque deserved a better treatment. Haven't he been through enough jealous Maiden Lane heroes and treacherous friends to deserve better?

Hahahahhaa, I can never look at our Henry vacuum the same ever again, especially the sound of ribbed tubing scraping against things.

This was so hilarious and cringe just like advertised and so much more. The heroine and the vacuum hero were everything the hero#2 wanted but didn't know he needed. They bonded together through their mutual kink and came out as a throuple. Love story for the ages, there's someone and something for everyone.

Thanks to Daisy Jane for the review copy and this is my honest review.

This was soooooo sweet, my teeth hurts and my heart aches. Augh, they wrote emails to each other with excerpts from past love letters, and it was simply divine. The beginning was a bit challenging because of how prickly Alex was but he grew on me. Henry brought out the best in him, their interactions were such a delight.

The audiobook was superb.

Wowowowow. I loved this, so much. Big dumb dumb hero with small flighty heroine are so sweet together, I was hooked from chapter 1. Heroine is brave, fearless and so torturous, I just wanted to hug her and feed her jam and toast. Hero is so hot then cold,  grumpy brute so of course I love him.

This was so great, I love an age gap, father's friend trope and this one had enough angst. I did not expect the directions of the hero's "dark tastes" to actually be a sort of debauchery. Love that depiction and the training of the willful ladies finding their calling. Will definitely read the rest of the series.

Also looooooved the Chinese inclusion in this historical.

I'm disappointed with this book. I think Fangirl Down gave me too high of an expectation and this fell flat. I love me an obsessive hero and I enjoyed it up until 60% but his instalove became too much, maybe because there was a kid involved and he's not being a thoughtful parent which turned me way off. Also it felt like there were many lines of inquiries and they weren't finished off and I was left unfulfilled.

Also the main characters litter and that's very uncool, I don't care if you're having a big emotional moment.
