It's possible that I've read too many "Final Girl" books recently and none of them were as good as My Heart is a Chainsaw but also OMG this is so obviously written by a man I cannot even. It's just frustrating when a 50 year old woman starts to consider making out with a 26 year old, particularly when said 50 old woman keeps talking about how bad it is to underestimate men. This felt particularly thoughtless and.... a poor choice to say the least.

Loved this one! I love the changes they made from the source material and oh boy did they do good things with Kravitz! It did also make me cry and give me goosebumps and remind me that I want to get a Seven Birds tattoo...

This was extremely interesting and full of information that I had never heard before re: the cold war, including the lead up to it before, during, and after WW2. There were times when the author maybe overshared a little bit by giving more information than was really necessary to the story but overall this book was fantastic.
