Beautiful art through out the book, but the stories were just okay. I liked the story that is told and changed up as the book progresses, but just not enough in between to really grab hold of me.

I bought this book on a sale from an online book outlet site expecting this to not amount too much. A girl transferred to another world with a bear onesie that makes her stronger. It's ridiculous and no way that it amounts too much is what I thought. Not surprisingly it isn't very deep, but I couldn't stop reading. It was just plain dumb fun, and sometimes that's all you need. Yuna is embarassed but realizes she can't do anything about the bear onesie and the bear theme surrounded all her powers. If you go in looking to be entertained, it will do that. If you're looking for a deep story, this won't be it unless it manages it in future volumes.

Nice rebound from volume 3. Probably because it focuses on Eiri. It was a nice break from the Murderer prison school setting, and it really expanded on Eiri's backstory and really helped her grow as a character. I will say that Kyousuke's younger sister Ayaka is still super annoying and I wish she'd take more of a background role. Sadly it is pretty obvious she won't.
adventurous slow-paced

I've been reading a lot of isekai the past year plus, and this is yet another. This is fairly by the numbers and I can see this first volume turning people away. I found myself overall enjoying the read, but wasn't particularly invested. By the end of the book, the various characters and stories start weaving more together and that's when I found my interest rising. This first book is a slow burn basically focused mostly on getting to know the major players, and some world building. While I give this volume 3 stars (more like a 3.25), I look forward to seeing if this series can build upon what it has set up as a foundation.

As expected, this 2nd volume was better as the story is getting to the meatier stuff. There are still some new players introduced or expanded upon, but the political plot being woven is growing.

This sounded interesting and possibly it would be in the vein of How a Realist Hero Rebuilt the Kingdom... It started off fine enough, but at around 200 pages, it quickly felt like word vomit to get to a decent page count. Characters are pretty uninteresting, and halfway through I could sense myself checking out on the first volume.
