I loved this!
dark emotional mysterious tense

I absolutely love myth and folklore so this was a major win for me. Every single story in this collection was a great read! I can’t decide if I loved Flannagan’s Bride or The Spawn of Arget Bethir most. What I will say is, this is a must read.

*I received an advanced copy of this title from Netgalley in exchange for an honest review.*

Molly is at it again, finding herself in yet another crime scene and involved in yet another case.  I really enjoyed the mystery in this one and boy that ending! I could not put this down!
challenging dark tense

I don't think I've ever been so disturbed by a novel before. It definitely drew me in and had me finishing it two settings (no choice but to stop the once). I definitely had a look of horror upon my face as I was reading certain scenes.

I read this in February as a part of my Valloween adventure and I'm so glad I read it instead of holding off until October, thought I believe I'll read it again around that time. I had such a great time reading about Autumncrow and three stories in particular I liked above the others, Pumpkin Light, Cryp-TV and Frost. Pumpkin Light was a really good one because it also has the message about not judging someone before getting to know them. Cryp-TV was just fun and I just enjoyed the whole scene! Now Frost.....Frost has stuck with me. It keeps coming back to me at random times and just has mulling over it again and again.

All in all I enjoyed this immensely and I know I will revisit Autumncrow again in the future! I look forward to future writings of Cameron Chaney.
