A House with Good Bones is an absolute delight! I absolutely love Kingfisher's humor and this actually has major creeps in it which for me is super rare. I hardly ever get any kind of creeps when I read and it's always a fun thing for me when it happens

Why are all these people removing bodies from crime scenes. Wtf 

I love that this is a non Christian possession story! it's more rare to read them and I love a different view of the phenomenon of possession. Gout's writing is fantastic and just pulls me so deep in the story every time I sit down to read. This was such a phenomenal read

This was a fantastic read! I personally am not a winter person and this whole scene of being stranded in a blizzard is just so unsettling for me. I loved the whole locked room mystery aspect of this as well.
