3.5 stars, the start was again very slow. I got caught up in some unnecessary details and overall it was a great trilogy!! Entertaining but I think the characters were a bit flat. In Six of Crows they are way more complex and complicated -> I mean the Grishaverse trilogy was her first one and so no judgements. But Six of Crows was fairly better on my opinion. I still enjoyed it overall but I didn’t cry and I didn’t get attached to anyone. My only interest was knowing the Darkling‘s origin story and who Alina really was and all that got kind of solved. So I’m okay
holy !! I liked shadow & bone a bit more because it was way more lighthearted and Siege & Storm is way more dark & a bit heavy butch loved it!! I don’t like that there are so many love interests but welp that‘s young adult I guess
3.5⭐️
that was painful as hell. But it contained a weird sense of belonging, still I wouldn’t have read it without my book club tbh!!
I read it in 2 days because I couldn’t wait to see what would happen. The book contains a lot of trauma and honestly I felt bad reading it the whole time, I know that this probably is the intention but I don’t really enjoy being sad, so that’s why I have it 3.5 stars.

never read that kind of book before but it was beautiful!!! It reads like poetry and I could see many scenes right before my eyes while reading it. The way love is described here is realistic and different.

very insightful and inspiring! definitely have me nee insights on my friends who suffer from ptsd and I feel like I understand the core of their feelings a lot better. The book provides a lot of methods and helpful resources and I would 100% recommend everyone to read it, but massive TW for various Traumata of course.
