a nonbinary main character and the struggle of coming-out: I could never relate more.
this book is full of thoughts I also have. Thank you Mason.

4.5 ✨

the beginning was super slow and I really really had to fight to like Georgia but in the end I get it. Like I really had to push through with her (!!) and wow I love friendships like these, would love to have some one day.
I love Alice’s writing style so much and the representation is great as always. It shows how complex the asexual experience is and that made me feel warm.
I am so sorry that my first impression was so bad but I guess I let the story grow on me - just like Georgia did.

it a was hard to get into at first, it was unlike something I have read before!! The language and writing style was different and kinda difficult too but wow how everything belonged together, made me feel very glad to have pushed through the difficult parts of the novel. Still some tw’s should have been mentioned & some parts made me feel kind of emotional.

I am slightly embarrassing to give such a horny book 4 stars but the romance was just great!! Classy, very sexy and complex!! A black woman with chronic pain being such a loveable and strong character, and a MAN who is just wow!!! Redford Morgan is the man I aspire to be. I loved every second of this novel BUT don’t read it on public transport (thanks to the masks nobody saw my red fucking face).
also i feel like you should mention that it contains literal porn (or smut if you like) which might not be up everyone’s ally.

what a great experience, it felt like watching a movie? Loved the trope and Vivek’s portrayal, didn’t love the ending though. Felt a bit rushed tbh but anyways I decided to give 4/5 ⭐️ because I couldn’t put it down and I loved the writing style.
TW for transphobia though.
