This book was a hit for my preschool storytime. There were lots of opportunities for interactive reading with the kids. I would definitely read this one again with a similar age group.

A good book for when you're looking for something else.

I love Ellie Kemper on The Office. I love Ellie Kemper on Kimmie Schmidt. I love when Ellie Kemper is on the Today Show. I was so excited for this book. I expected it to be a funny and relate able read ala Mindy Kaling's memoirs. I just couldn't get into this book. The stories are okay, but they're not great. I almost feel like she's forcing humor on the stories, but the payoff just isn't there.

I stopped on page 103, about half way through the book. I'm not sure if I will be finishing this one or not. Sorry Ellie.
