While this book wasn’t the worst thing I’ve ever read it certainly wasn’t the best either. As a pretty devoted Jane Austen fan I like reading new adaptations of her classic stories. I also really like cheesy Christmas books. I was expecting a wondrous, sweet candy type read, but at the same time I was hoping for characters with substance like in Jane Austen. I however was met with an okay story with characters who at times made me cringe.

I’m not sorry that I read this book, but I don’t believe I will be reading it again.

I feel a personal kinship to Flo and her tenancy to live life to the beat of her own drum.

This book was fantastic and adorable and fun. I really enjoyed reading it.
