This book was a vibe. I'm excited to re read this during Christmas time.

This was a cute little read. I liked seeing Ariel in a different environment in an Arctic setting. I also liked seeing how she handles dealing with conflicts between mermaids and humans. I would read more Ariel off shoot stories similar to this one.

Something about this book just wasn't working for me. I picked it up because the cover was giving me perfect snowy day vibes. I was excited to see how wolves played into this world. However, I felt super disconnected with the main character Sena. By 80 pages in I wasn't really invested in what was going to happen to her or this wolf race so I decided to move on to move on to other books.

I expected this to be just another romance, but damn this was good! I haven't read much in the way of Omegaverse books. I felt like this was a very good introduction to the genre as it felt very contemporary with just elements of the shifting and omega life style. Lana Ferguson did a really good job of creating characters that were funny,  compelling, and easy to root for.

This was a cute, spicy read. I wasn't a fan of the miscommunication between the main characters. But the spice was pretty well done and I found the characters very likable.
