This was such a fantastic and different romance book. As someone who loves ghost hunting shows and stories of weird creatures I really enjoyed this book. The attention to detail for specific paranormal things (such as the Mothman statue's ass) was greatly appreciated. I also really like how our main character Hallie not only got the good guy in the end, but she also had personal growth by the end. 

Some parts of the story kind of dragged for me, which is why I didn't give this a full 5 star rating. This was still an excellently fun read. 

I made it about half way in to this book. I listened on audiobook. I was incredibly board with this book. After talking to some friends who also DNF'd I decided that I would not be missing out if I did not finish the book. I honestly just did not care about the characters. I didn't care about the relationships or the breakups. Even the Taylor Swift references couldn't save this one for me. 

I really wanted to like this book because the premise is such an awesome idea and the cover is really nifty looking. I started reading this one physically and then I tried the audiobook and I just couldn't get into the story. Life is too short to read books that you aren't connecting with. On to the next read.
