I think ill go with 3.5 stars here. Sadly, its not enough to draw me in for even more in the series especially when there's a collective "it gets a little worse" vibe from everyone.

Scott Thomas just has a way with words. In just his second book, I am convinced that he is going to be an author who solidifies himself in the horror community forever and will be known for vivid descriptions evoking all the creepy vibes. What I enjoyed most about this story is how it felt like I was just pulled into the world and once I was there equal parts of me wanted to stay and run for the hills. I love that Thomas could do that to me! I just know that I am going to be here for the next Scott Thomas book and the book after that and the book after that! 5 stars from me!

So fun and creepy! It was awesome being back in CHRISTMASLAND with Charlie Manx and all his scissor-wielding vamp kids! 5 stars... these illustrations are perfect!!

Well this was fun! And now I need to go watch Gilmore Girls because I've never seen it. Oops! 4 stars and I am ready to check out her other book!

Definitely a fun start to a new series for me. Lady Killer is a dark twist on Bond with a female lead. She kind of reminds me of Geena Davis in The Long Kiss Goodnight. Can't wait to get more in this series! 4.5 stars

Well this book started off just like a dark and delicious tale. I was ready for it all and the Joe Hill blurb on the front made me even more excited. Unfortunately, I only found myself really enjoying the first chapter. The rest of the story was this Gothic tale of two men who could not decide who was in charge. It was like a gay sexual encounter with two tops. I really wanted more... while I DID love the writing style of the author, I just could not connect with the story anymore after the first chapter and a half. I'll try something else by the author for sure. 2 stars for this one, though.

I am always looking at ways to be better or to make my life easier. I think a lot of us are. Books like this are perfect for us. It is full of all sort of tips, tricks, and lessons that can help us improve life in all aspects. It it a book to help us all be more well-rounded in order to make sure we are taking care of ourselves and others. I love the Fab Five and all the work they do for others. This is just such a great book and its a quick, easy read! 4.5 stars!
