Easy 5 stars for me. I cried, I laughed, & I had a good time. Lenny the fmc is SO funny even through her immense grief, I laughed at how fun and open she was. You could feel her grief through the page and how much she loved Lou. Miles & Lenny's lists were the best part about this book. All of the adventures they went on and how much he fought for her. Seeing them grow from friends to lovers 🥹 & Miles being a man of few words but showing love through his actions When she told her mom " he walked into hell & dragged me back out" I bawledddd. What a fun and beautiful story. This needsssss to be a movie.
🎧 listened to this book on audio and it is the perfect audio book, there is a lil radio ding in the audio and it felt like I was listening to a radio station. This book had me giggling and kicking my feet. It's so funny and cute. I loved the dynamic between Lucie's family including her daughter, ex, and her exes partner. I loved how seamlessly Aiden fit. Aiden is a quirky and quiet mmc but his protectiveness showed at times ahhh so cute. The only thing that I didn't like was the short third act "breakup".
ARC Review✨
Was so excited to receive this arc since I really enjoyed the previous two books. I loved Hadley & Rowan together, they are literally partners in crime lol! Immediately the book starts with the suspense of Hadley finding a baby at her hospitals safe haven and seeing a note that it's her ex boyfriend's brother's baby, Rowan. They immediately tackle raising a newborn together while falling for each other. Cute and quick read that covered a lot of different topics around mental health, rehab, and parenthood. Also the teaser for the next book? GIVE IT TO ME NOW! Cannot wait for Carson's book.
Tropes:

Cute, quick read. I love the accidental pregnancy trope and this was well done. Small town, best friend's brother, and one night stand tropes. Logan, Leah, & Liam were adorableee, I enjoyed how much this book was about the pregnancy and how Logan showed up. The flying from Chicago to Beaufort to give her stuff to help with her morning sickness *cute* omg, the helping her with her insulin *cute*, and the buying the cottage *cuteee*. This book tackles toxic relationships with parents. This was a bit of a slow burn but no 3rd act breakup.
Loved the suspense element of this book but the third act break up was predictable. Daisy was a fun & quirky fmc and I really enjoyed Ronan, he was mature and a care taker. At the end, I appreciate how they both took time to take care of themselves first. Super cute epilogues ✨
I am shocked at how much I LOVED this book, I think it might be my favorite in the series so far! Maggie is so likable as a FMC. The change and growth from Beau??? Yes yes. This is my first time reading a book where fmc is the domme and the vulnerability, learning, and trust between the main characters was everything. No third act break up⭐️

Started off really strong and I enjoyed the plot of Pippa being Jamie's childhood crush to new assistant! Multiple "but who takes care of you" moments and cute jealously moments. The ending felt super rushed, felt like there could have been more time with his mom at the end and Pippa telling her parents about continuing with music.

🎧Listened to the audio book and loved the narrator's voices. I loved how the plot started with thriller and being curious about where the main characters will go from there. I loved the banter and competition between the main characters✨THE ICE CREAM SCENE....... gross lol. Banter slowed down once they got together and the spice was good🥵

Was obsessed with this book from the first chapter. The plot is *chef's kiss* ! The banter and Iris is a strong fmc who constantly challenged her grumpy husband/boss. I loved Iris as an FMC and the diverse rep of disability and race. Grumpy GRUMPY mmc but I fell for Declan once I started seeing the little ways he showed her he loved her before he said it. The I love you in different languages? Ahhh cute. Really enjoyed the relationship between Iris & Cal. Also the extended epilogue?? Thank you, Lauren Asher

I really enjoyed this book in the salacious players series. Isabel & Hunter are such a strong couple and I loveee their dynamic. Drake is such a fun mmc and I love his relationship with Hunter & Isabel. The roadtrip plot was fun and loved how the author explored Hunter accepting his sexuality. MMF & super spicy 🥵
