I did enjoy the ending and the premise, however the world was very complex and I felt it wasn't introduced clearly. There were a diverse set of mythological creatures and references in the book, but it wasn't clear how the rules of myth and magic worked within the universe of the book

It was a easy read, and I enjoyed how it dealt with the power dynamic of wealth vs prestige and how that differed for men and women.

I like how the character dynamics shift and even the main characters are shown to have flaws.

It was an interesting take on fae, and the fae courts. It was easy to read and quick to hook.

It a very interesting premise having flying houses in victorian London. I also enjoy the characters however the victorian english that is used throughout the book made it difficult to be immersed fully in the story.

It is a lot spicier than my usual reads, however having already read Dark Rise I wanted to read more books by the same author. The books are very well written, and although it was out of my comfort zone, I really enjoyed it.

This book is very early 2010, throw everything and the kitchen sink at it and see what sticks. I liked the idea of the story, however there were too many elements, for any to be fully explored. It was a struggle not to DNF.

The story follows an interesting yet oblivious main character. It is well written and has many korean cultural references.

The book is well written, with interesting characters. It suffers the same fate as other Aya Ling trilogies in that I love the simple nature of the stories in the first two books, but the third book jumps characters too much in the need to tie up all the story lines. Over all its a good book and I do enjoy how characters from her other series pop up in this book.

Well written, easy read. I love all the subtle Shakespeare references. And the innocent almost k-drama approach to the relationships of the main characters.
