This book was fantastic. You grow up with a fantasy of what it would be like to be a princess, all jewels and fancy dresses. But with an insane father and the Royal Marriages Act to get in your way...well life for the 6 daughters of George III was pretty depressing. I borrowed this from the library but I can't wait to add it to my own collection.

A friend of mine bought this book for me as a gift and I have since bought it for or recommended it to everyone I know. It is the most incredible story, and one of the most beautifully written books I have ever read. Its even more amazing when you consider the circumstances under which it was written. This book will stay with you forever!
