2,5/5. Another case of what I know call Housewives thriller. Not really a thriller, not even a domestic one. To give it fair credit, it might be one of the good one I’ve read. The story was a bit more complex than most and the writing was all right. Unfortunately, the characters, which is often the flaws in this sub-genre, are totally generic, lack originality and look like they came out of a soap. Some of them even remind me of Fifty Shades in the liking an easy relationship very money center. I obviously seem to be one of the few giving it a low rating, but that’s my opinion nonetheless. It has potential if you like more romance based easy thriller. But it wasn’t for me, not my style of thriller and another author I will put aside, not for lack of talent, but for lack of interest from my part.

Talking about being different in a very cute and even a bit dark, ghost story was an amazing achievement by the author. The illustrations are also great, but it’s truly the way it gets into the subject, present it and works with it. It’s entertaining and fun so it can be read just as a fun story, but it has the depth to discuss about it after reading it if you want to. I really like it!

Maybe not the best pick for an audiobook, even as a reread, but still very good. Claire North is an amazing author, she always deliver solid idea and concept, might lose some points with her ending who didn’t always offer the same level as the rest of the book, but definitely a must read author and I really need to get into her new stuff, which I know I’m late on!

What’s left to say! This book is awesome! Rereading it was even better than the first time around. I remember a lot from it but I also realize that I had forgotten quite a few important parts as well. Can’t wait for the day Patrick Rothfuss will deliver us the ending of this. A rare level of achievement! Must read!

Battle and carnage!! That's what this one was about. Lottt of action here and some very good one. Not the most plot evolving volume of the series but really good nonetheless. The duel again Kojiro will be insane, might not happen in vol. 10, I expect it to go on in vol. 11 but that should be something! A very good series that I'm equally sad that it's coming to the end and curious to see how everything will wrap up!

A small comic for young readers. As an adult I find it more funny than horrifying but I guess it could be for children. I like that it was very accessible, not much writing and easy reading, the illustrations have some sort of modern style that was pretty enough and the «dark» ending was something I also find interesting, because it isn't something a lot of author would allow themselves to do in children literature. Totally worth the time!

C’est d’abord les illustrations, le style de celles-ci qui m’a attire vers ce livre. Elles son tout simplement magnifique. J’avoue été touché par l’histoire, beaucoup plus que je croyais l’être. Bien fait. Une belle découverte!

2,5/5. Not enough happening for me. A bit too teeny for my age and liking. I like the artwork. Overall not a bad manga, but very light, too light, and felt too young.

So close to greatness! The art was awesome. The variation of colors between scenes and the few color use in a scene was really doing a nice job. The characters were also great, so was the universe. The problem I had reading it was the narrative. We jump in totally out of context, drop in from sky high without parachute, and some transition were not doing it, we almost felt like jumping around, like the storyboard was good, with all the idea they want to talk about and touch, but when the time came to put it all together, well, it lack some polish, some edge were too rough. It's still a good comic, totally worth reading, but it could have become something quite impressive with some minor improvement!
