A documentary that adopt the «model» of a more common picture story book. Not my favorite type of book. I'm more of a story or documentary, but mixing style like that isn't much for me. I could be very good for some reader, because the blending is very well executed. So if you like that style and subject you should have a look. Personal liking 2/5, potential 4/5, I'm going with the fair 3/5.

Funny and very light, but could please some reader. The canvas of the story, the page presentation wasn't a huge win for me, don't really know why, but it just felt weird. Overall okay!

I love this one! It has a lot! First a fun a good story. The illustrations are fine and I love the way the page presentation change from here and there it create some good movement and change to keep the reader «engage». Last element, I love the way that it present camping in a fun way, also shows what you can do while camping and so the book can be use has an introduction/presentation of what camping is before going for the first time with children. Well done in every aspect!

4,5/5. The title mostly says it all. Another book about starting school. Very well done and good to help prepare, anticipate, dedramatize beginning school. Beautiful and well executed!

2,5/5. Cute, maybe even fun, but a bit empty, the idea that everybody should put, in French we say mettre de l'eau dans son vin (put water in their wine), not sure that's a saying in English... meaning that everybody should meet and do a bit of a compromise is well present in the book, but the situation is too funny/ridicule to resonate in a more «real» situation!

Not my style of humor or book/page presentation. Too many little things everywhere, not focus enough on something, but that,s just me. I do think that some children might enjoy this easy humor style and the mall details can also be good for those who want to check everywhere, in a search and find way. So personal appreciation, 2/5, potential might reach 4/5 so I will give it a fair 3/5.

Again a strong start for this new mini-series. It could be great or it could failed miserably. We'll see! So far, first issue is good. Different settings, everything going out of control, multiverse involve. I'm in and I hope Tom King will keep this one on track!

3,5/5. Good documentary for kids about ocean. It cover its subject very well and even if I would have like a couple of pictures instead of just illustrations, this documentary is well done!

Funny story but an ending that could have bring a lot more in depth and morale. An easy entertaining story but not much more.
