Not really my style. Illustrations that look like they were draw by a child and a story of friendship which is alright but way too light and just nothing new, something we've seen thousands of time. Not really worth it!

4,5/5. What an amazing and original artwork! The story is also very good, emotional, respectful, presenting good values and all! My only minus was the fact that there is a lot of pages with just some lines of text, and then the pictures on the other/next page. I'm not a big fan of those presentation, I like when the illustrator use creativity to include the text in the illustrations, even if it just in the top of the page, at least it isn't all alone in another page. That's why I didn't give it five out of five but a book that definitely worth your time!

3,5/5. An style of illustrations that is minimalist and original. Unfortunately, the story was less original, more average in most aspects, but with an important subject, about acceptance and making friend. Good, but did not really stand out of the lot.

Beautiful homage to Alfred. The emotion didn't flow has much and has well as I would have like/expected but still a very good one!

Great great book about anxiety and how to live with it, try to change a bit, accept some of it and just a good, well synthetic philosophical thinking on the subject, without any of the psycho-pop shit we too often see in that kind of book. As a very anxious person Matt Haig is really an author that help me feel better and I really like/need is book, and they always arrive in my life at the perfect moment were I need them. Thank you!!

Very good one! Again going deeper in the story and good characters development. I'm a bit unsure if the sexual orientation of Mystic was a necessary thing but not big enough of a deal to make it drop my rating. Like it!

A book that present space with kind of actual scientific facts, but with placing God everywhere. Yes the Big bang happen, but it was cause by God. The sun existed, but it was put there by God. Not sure that putting God everywhere was necessary, but at the same time the scientific facts where respected so that is good point. Mixed feelings with this one!

3,5/5. Interesting, the ending way more, but not captivating. It's very much about Domino which I don't have anything against but not much for neither so that was part of my deception!

Wow that was fantastic! Like with every short stories collection this one has better and lower, but the overall quality is very good. It mixed a lot of style, from science-fiction of course, but also some closer to mysteries, a bit of fantasy, some even more social with a touch of dark humor. This my first read of short stories by Bradbury and now I understand why he is so much praise by many! It has everything short stories should have : great ideas, good ending twists, beautiful writing, good length, not too short, not too long. A book that I would recommend reading if you like short stories! I really like it!
