4,5/5. Les fans de fantastique (fantasy) vont se régaler! Une histoire assez typique et classique du genre, mais porter par une quête épique, des personnages intéressants et attachants et surtout, bien que cela ne soit pas particulièrement original, une belle adaptation/appropriation du peuple des elfes et de leur univers. Un excellent premier tome d'une trilogie que je poursuivrai avec plaisir!

Very cute children picture book for Christmas that I read a bit late or very early. Anyway I enjoy reading it, the story is fun, full of magic and wonders and the illustrations are marvelous. Good one!

Kind of fun party/drunk would you rather stuff. I always find those funny and you can always continue just messing around after one and add conditions, inventing you own and stuff. Funny if this is you kind of stuff and with 200 of them you'll be good for a while.

Mixed feelings with this one. A lot of things I liked. The arts was amazing, I loved what Tynion did with the villains giving them an original color or style. But the storyline, the plot, I am a bit unsure, so far I enjoy it, but it still lack the wow element, a punch, a twist, to make it better and stronger. Good but still place for improvement!

For me this one is just going nowhere. I'm out!

Keep the standard quality for this series. A good biography, short, easy to read for kids and about an inspiring person! Good one!

Du Paulo Coelho assez typique. La trame narrative est un peu simple et prévisible, mais c’est les idées derrières et le message qui prédomine qui font l’essence de ce livre. Une réflexion sur la vie et la mort, mais surtout sur l’importance de vivre pleinement chaque instant, de profiter de la vie et de ne pas se bloquer ou se restreindre en raison de l’image que les autres auront de nous. Ceci étant dit j’aime ben rappeler que la liberté des uns s’arrête là où commence celles des autres, chose que ce livre échappe/oublie/délaisse presque à un moment ou deux.

What a deception. The story was very slow and the art, main concern for me here, is not at all like the cover make us believe in the first place. I hate when they do a cover that miles away from the actual art style of the comic... Not worth it!

Original adventure and a much original way to tell a story mostly by the selfie the character is taking (I'm not a fan of selfie, I never take one, but this book is funny anyway, maybe even more, if you don,t like those so don't worry!!). Funny, well illustrated, good message. Very well done!

Cute illustrations in a very yellowish fall colors tone, I find them beautiful. The story is also very good with a strong message that can be really helpful to talk about fear with children. Good job!
