Incroyable, je l'ai lu d'un trait cet après-midi, et bien que, j'aime autant vous le dire en commencant, la fin m'a légèrement laissée sur ma faim, ce livre est excellent!. Un thriller vraiment efficace, qui met en place une atmosphère inquiétante et angoissante dont on ne sort pas de tout le livre. Le suspense est à son comble. Les personnages sont bien faits, le style d'écriture est bien, mais assez simple, la fin et bonne, mais je me serais attendu à être plus surpris ou bousculé par celle-ci. Mais la grand force est définitivement l'ambiance créée par l'auteur et l'originalité du synopsis. Un excellent thriller!

4,5/5. Rereading it in English this time. Still an amazing thriller. I might have notice a bit of incoherence here and there on this second time around, that's why I withdraw half a point, but I enjoy it a lot. Two reads and I've watch the movie, just that tell a lot! Definitely worth reading!!

3,5/5. Plus je lis cette série et moins j’en comprends l’engouement. Il ne se passe simplement rien dans les 460 pages de ce cinquième livre. J’aime l’ambiguïté morale et la profondeur psychologique des personnages, mais il n’y a rien d’autre et c’est trop peu pour faire un roman. L’intrigue générale de la série se poursuit, très lentement, mais le tome en tant que telle n’a pas d’intrigue unique, ce qui crée une sorte de vide narratif. De plus Geralt et Jaskier sont un duo plus pathétique qu’héroïque à mon avis en terme de «talent», ils sont pratiquement toujours blessés ou pris au piège. La partie sur les magiciennes est la plus intéressante à mon avis. Je continuerai la série et la mènerai à terme pour voir où tout cela nous mènera, mais j’avoue qu’après mon grand intérêt pour le jeux et l’appréciation générale que cette série semble avoir, je suis un peu déçu… Ce n’est pas un mauvais livre, ni une mauvaise série, mais une série et un livre où ils se passent assez peu de choses, qui manquent d’action et qui me parait un peu étiré plus que nécessaire. Il se fait certainement mieux et je ne peux comprendre le haut classement de celle-ci dans les tops classements de fantasy.

Very intrigue by this new series. A good cast, and different cast, of heroes. Darker plot and storyline and a very promising series. I'm definitely in!! Great start!

4,5/5. I didn't like the humor that was push into this one. That being said, the rest of this issue is great. It bring a bit balance between good and evil into this universe and help bring the story to the next level. Intriguing new cosmic villain, typical Hickman we saw here, that let me wonder what is going to happen next!?!

So far this new collection of horror comic by DC mostly let me down... This one remind me of a recent episode of the new Creepshow tv show, not exactly the same, but a general premises very similar, and so it was lacking originality, an art style that didn't please me, and overall a very disappointing comic...

Nope! A lot of thing are unclear in this book. We are left in a dense mist of uncertainty and that could be a good think but it isn't. the characters were flat, the pace too slow, the lack of depth in the subject. Nothing is totally bad, but there is just too many things that are just not good enough to make it interesting. Not for me!

Very well done and edited book about Vikings. A bit more school book like, but if you want a deep search that cover the subject from top to bottom, this one does a very good job. Maybe not the best book for newcomers, everything is easily explain and they will understand, but the quantity of infos might be a bit overwhelming. I would recommend it to amateurs, that without being expert, have a solid base on the Vikings culture and history and want to go a bit deeper.

I missed Clare, but at the same time glad Raki is back in force. Let's hope they will encounter soon! Great one again, good story evolution, lot of action, new level of villain strength. Awesome!

3,5/5. Short and simple one page cartoon like w see more and more often pop up everywhere on the Internet. Funny enough to deserve its place and has some good social criticism here and there. Light but worth it!

Little motivation thoughts in one short sentence accompany with a minimalist but pretty drawing. Simple enough, but good enough as well. The kind of book where you go back from time to time, reading random pages. I like it!
