2,5/5. I like the true story behind it and the «absurdity» of it, which children might find funny, but other then that this book wasn't that good.

Trying to shows us how people around the world carry their baby with them, this book completely failed the cultural aspect it try to bring. Yes it shows us some people carrying baby, but there’s nothing much to it. It lacks a big something to make this book worth it, because like it is, it felt very empty!

Wow! Marvellously illustrated and a very funny story about time travelled for children which is kind of rare! A young girl break the old vase of a woman and she doesn’t want her to be sad about it so she decide to build a time travel machine, not to prevent it, but to go back in time and destroy the vase before it came to or period of time. Stupid, absurd, but funny, and a very good adventure follow this premise. Excellent!

3,5/5. The illustrations in this book are marvelous. I really like the sepia tons used and the way they were draw! Unfortunately the story didn't score as high. I was good, even a bit funny, but closing it, it felt a bit empty, like it was lacking something in it to make it worth. Good, but could have been better!

Even better then expected! What a beautiful and inspiring story. A book about a family having a hard-time and how a young boy try to deal with it using his imaginary friend. Yeah the ending was a bit cheesy and everything seem to work and fit into place a bit too easily but it's a children book so for me that wasn't a problem. I like the hard subject and the importance of talking about it, so children would understand some of our modern reality and will also see that they're probably more lucky then a lot of others children. I like the writing, the imagination behind it all, the fantastical elements of it. One of the best children novel I read in a long time! Highly recommend!

A short/children biography book about following your dream. I like the minimalistic illustrations style and the inspiring story. Not sure how children would enjoy it, myself find it a bit long, because it was really slow and not much happen in term of «action». It was good, but very slow...

This is a book I have no idea or memory of picking it up (I sure hope I haven't paid for it...). I didn't like it from start to finish, quick read, low average thriller.

Simple story about a school organizing an end of the year show where everyone dress like there favorite foods. Funny, there is some good humor, it’s well illustrated and a simple but overall good and entertaining story.

This little girl wants to do it her way, which is mostly walking backward for the entire book. Simple enough story, that was decent, but what I really like about this book was the message in it, that encourage being yourself and original and just enjoying life in a modern world that says it encourage inspiration, but too often try to discourage true originality and promoted conformists.

This book was good. It has a funny «plot» with a small moral at the end. It also has a minimalistic illustration style that I like a lot! Good one!
