2,5/5. More of a inspiration book or how to develop your own inspiration then drawing technique, there is that too but not that much and not enough in my opinion for a «How to Draw» kind of book. Not bad, the inspiration part, showing where to start, from something you knew, something real and turn it into a monster/creature is good, but enough to make the book worth it...? Not so sure!

I like the style, the settings, the mythology and the adventure look promising enough. Unfortunately the storyline evolution was way too slow for me. If you enjoy slow pace comic book this might be worth looking into ii, because it was intriguing, but not my style. Personal appreciation 2/5, potential 3,5/5, maybe 4, I will go with a fair 3/5.

Certainly the best in the serie until now. More action, more magic, and more serious one. The story also a bit darker with the dementors and azkaban, so I really enjoy it! I hope it keep going that way!

Really good reread of Harry Potter #3. Interesting new and important characters are introduce in this one! I enjoy it... again!

2,5/5. A bit funny, a bit instructive, a bit of many thing but too few to make it great. The art was a bit sketchy for me and the story didn’t bring something unique enough to make it stand out. An average book, which is worth reading but that isn’t a must by any mean!

A good book to help children learn about animal while reading an interesting story. I also like the idea of presenting entertaining activity to do with your kids and putting them simply in the story. Simple enough but well done in every aspect. Good job!

I didn’t like this book at all. For me it was a generous 2/5. That being said, I totally see the potential for younger reader. It was an easy, colorful and fun origin story of Superman. It is nothing out of a super-hero comic, but it’s more of a kid cartoon involving teen Clark. Can be good to introduce a new generation to superman. Like I said, good for kids but not sure the old school comic book veteran like myself will find much in it. Potential for kid 4/5, I will go with an average of 3/5.

Probably my favorite of those recent cartoons based on super-heroes book for kids I read. This one also uses the cartoon style, but it uses the doodle style and the dairy as well. Mixed of style to present us the Swamp Thing has a teen. The various styles allow the book to present more content and keep the reader more into it, more dynamic. It has humor, cool artwork and a good enough story. Better than expected after reading Superman of Smallville and DC Super Hero Girls: At Metropolis High.
