Not good at all. I hate the new style of this series since it goes from Old Man to Dead Man. More childish and a story that shoot everywhere but truly goes nowhere.
Similar to the book in the same collection (Leonardo's Science Workshop). Maybe a bit more experimentation in this one and a way of talking about art that always flirt a bit with science. Personally I prefer the science one, but I think it's a personal preference and not a better or worst book. Just note that there are more information then experimentation (even if there's still a good deals of them), so keep that in mind. If it's what you're looking for great! If not, you might consider another kind of book!
Strange choice of bringing this old «villain» back in the game. »intriguing characters, but after more than 20 issues without seeing him... well... it just came out of nowhere a bit. We’ll see what they do with him, let’s hope they won’t put him out again for a year before bringing him back. But this issue in itself just feel out of context!
4,5/5. I’m always unsure about book that presents information on animal, or anything else, with illustrations instead of real pictures. This is one of those. But it’s still a very good book. It presents a vast variety of animals and their nest/home (shape, materials, place, etc.). The first half is mostly focus on bird (I didn’t know that there was such different types of bird nest). And the other half goes through insects and mammals. Very instructive and well done with simple text structure that will make it easy to read and understand even for younger children. Loved it!

Not really going nowhere! Something must happen... and soon!
Another story with animals instead of humans as characters. This can be a good thing but if it doesn’t bring anything to the story, if that is just a switch for a switch, it may not always be such a good thing. Anyway, here it has a purpose and it present animals that use human as animal, like we do with them mostly and that was a really cool concept, maybe not the most original, but a good idea. The problem is that, beyond a cool concept, the story was not interesting for me and the illustrations were good, but a bit too classical in their style for my liking. So a intriguing premise, but an execution that fell short. Too bad!
Cute book with text, pictures and illustrations all in favor of the love and joy of reading. I was expecting it too be a bit longer (bought it online so didn't see a slim it was) and I would have enjoy more content, but still a good book that book lovers will enjoy and recognize themselves in it!
Simply and well illustrated this book present 500 ways (activities, mind set, moment, etc.) to be happy. Just a feel good book that sometimes remind us that happiness can be found in very simple things and just bring us back to an easy way of living and living happily!
More of a manual then anything else. it show you activities and introduction to learn coding with the Python software. If you want or your kid want to learn coding, this is a good introduction to it.
