Lot of action, maybe some fillers in term of story evolution but God it was good and what await us beyond this door... can't wait to see it!

A strange turn of event that's for sure. But definitely a good and original comic with a lot of characters and interesting one which is even better! Loved it!

Un bon livre d'une excellente série. Malheureusement... peut-être pas une fin à la hauteur de mes attentes. J'ai beaucoup aimé la profondeur de la réflexion sociale et politique qui était bien présente et terriblement d'actualité. Par contre, pour tout ce qui est de la trame narrative et de l'intrigue, j'ai trouvé qu'on nous servait un peu du réchauffé des tomes précédents. Le tout demeure divertissant, mais moins original et unique que les deux premiers. On se retrouve également dans une dynamique très familiale, alors que les enjeux sont tellement plus grands. Pas aussi épique que je l'aurais souhaité. Cela demeure un bon livre qui vaut la peine et une série à découvrir.

4,5/5. Matharu does it again! Not this book isn't perfect, but it's a very good one. First, the demonology guide at the end of the book (which is almost half of it in fact) is just awesome, marvelously illustrated (like the novella as well) and really bring some of those demons alive with a visual representation that was often what I had in mind and some time a bit less. The novella was very good as well bringing a character we heard of but barely knew. He isn't really a great hero, being a bit weak and all, and that bring a different dynamic to it all, which is really great. My only minus is that, having read all the books in the summoners so far, (except The Outcast) including the short stories only available in e-book, I just think I had enough of origin story/introduction to the world stories. This is a small part of the novella, but we go through all the coming into school, class, magic system and all, which are explain in almost half of his book, and even if it's great, is very easy to understand it all, so no need for repeating it over and over. Yes that give multiple choice of story and way to enter this universe and that is good, but for those who read it all, it became repetitive. I would still recommend it because the story is good and the demonology guide will please every fans of this series. Entirely worth it!

I enjoy those little stories for kids that present interesting person that are generally no so well know by the general public. This one is about a young girl that wanted to ride a bike and be fast, to finally end up being a pioneer of motorcycles sport for women. Like I said, an interesting person but also a good book by itself, with good illustrations and a fun story to read. Very well done!

Mixed feelings over this one. First I love the illustrations when it comes to the zombies/gore part of it, the others time, they were casual classic Manga style illustrations, nothing more, nothing less. This story has interesting characters and a storyline that is alright. But what lost me and, even if I think that some people will enjoy this one and this series, made me drop this series, is the lack of originality. The zombies are way over used in modern age and they rarely are able to get themselves above the lot and came with something more that made them truly original. Also, I wasn’t sure about the mix between classic manga style and zombie story, no particular reason, this is a personal preference here, but I find this mix to be a bit weird and... don’t know... not for me. But again, even if I didn’t like it, I know that some people would probably enjoy it a lot!

Cute story to talk about being scare and brave. A good adventure with penguins, a strong message and it can introduce a nice talk with your children afterward. Well done!

Je n'ai pas du tout aimé. Malgré un intérêt pour ce sujet, j'ai trouvé ce livre ennuyeux. Mal écrit, un ton et des détours douteux, on passe à côté de l'essentiel. Il se fait de bien meilleurs livres sur le sujet (par exemple : La vie secrète des arbres de Peter Wohlleben).

This one brings a story/universe which is kind of a parody of itself. Exaggeration, humor and absurdity. Some might enjoy this style of comic, but it wasn’t really for me. Probably more for personal reasons than anything else because it wasn’t bad. (appreciation 2/5. Potential for those who like this 4/5, I go with 3/5.).
