Autre roman de la série Dune, on fait ici un bond important dans le temps et on se retrouve plusiueurs siècles après le tome précédent. De nouveaux personnages, une multitude d'intrigues entremêlées et toujours une réflexion politque/sociale/religieuse des plus intéressantes et surpenamment actuelles dans notre société moderne. C'est une série assez lente, et ce tome est sans doute le plus lent en terme d'action et d'évolution dans l'histoire, cela ne gâche pas le plaisir, mais ça a tout de même ralenti mon rythme de lecture. J'aime toujours beaucoup cette série et c'est certain que je lirai le prochain tome d'ici un mois ou deux!

4,5/5. Excellent thriller qui, malgré une fin qui n'était pas à la hauteur du reste du livre, va au-delà du genre. Une écriture et une traduction absolument magnifique, j'ai adoré le style et l'ambiance qu'il crée. Les personnages sont très attachants, on y va de quelques clichés, mais on y échappe rarement alors... J'aime beaucoup le côté thriller classique oui, mais aussi la légère touche de fantastique/sur naturel, très très légère soyez sans crainte pour ceux qui fuient ces éléments, et aussi le doute entre réalité et folie, ette dualité me plait toujours énormément lorsqu'elle est bien menée et c'est la cas ici. J'enlève un demi point pour la fin, trop classique, trop prévisible, un peu facile même, mais sinon un très bon livre et un auteur que j'ai bien hâte de relire!!

Not the strongest storyline but I'm quite trouble about what Vader intend to do with the baby! Good action and in the end a good comic. Of all the series I follow this one is definitely in m top 3!

I really enjoy the Book where you are the heroes (not sure it's the exact title brand name in English but you get the idea) but in a comic book way. Unfortunately the story and the illustration where too easy, too «humorous» and not epic enough for my taste. Some kids may enjoy it, but I do think that this idea should be work on, with darker, more adult or at least teens storyline and action this good be very enjoyable! If that already exist and you know... please comment en let me know!

A cookbook with a story/biography in it, this type of cookbook just pop more and more often around and it sure bring something a bit more then just a cookbook! Anyway, this one was interesting, the recipes look nice, good pictures quality, lot of sea foods and meat so I'm happy with that, but really a good variety of recipes, everything look a bit fat and greasy, not food for loosing weight here, but definitely a couple of them that I will try!

Just a catch up title. This is the exact opposite of the anarchist cookbook. I don't say it's a wrong book, the message and content is definitely more positive and pacifism then the original one, but I just hate people that make publicity from another thing that is just not even closely related so I have no other choice then give it bad rating...

After a good start, this book got beaten by it's clichés. They are scouts who have to survive in a zombie world. We see everything that any book about zombie offer. It isn't bad, it had humor and action, and everything work alright, but the lack of originality just make it look bad. There is so much zombie stuff in the last decade that the subject is really hard to push and go in something new with it.

This book was amazingly great!! A unique book that goes beyond genre and just offer a master-piece of literature (nothing less!). It's a story about an alien coming to earth in the body of a human and he have to fit in, to be really brief. This situation bring a lot of material, deep deep reflexion about human life and society, very funny moments (one of the book that make me laugh a lot, and I don,t laugh that much while reading), there is also a good romance and reflexion about love while we're at it, not just cheesy romance. A book that goes directly in my Hall of Fame, that I recommend to absolutely everyone, don,t be afraid by the alien/scyfy part of it, in the end it's more of a pretext then anything, and an author I will read from soon enough since a bought too more book from him after finishing that one!! Just read it!

A book to help kids learn numbers, so obviously very little story and numbers here, but still with no expectation at all, this book feel a bit pale. The illustrations are basic and not so attractive. There is a concept of «poof» then something happen, but it just don't make any sense in any way. The only good aspect of it, is the fact that your kids will see the numbers, learn their «names» and shapes but every book about learning number will do that so...
