4,5/5. Good, darker, lot of action, let's see where it goes but so far so good!!

Wonderful illustrations! But that's about it for me there. The story in itself is cute as far as the visit to the circus goes, but the last part about saving the horse and all... I didn't really see the point or the interest in those last pages and it really drop my appreciation of the book, I was going for a four, but with that kind of ending, I drop it at 2,5/5. Too bad!

A simple book that present the idea of love and acceptance between people of all color and religion. The wall metaphor seem to be a arrow throw at the Trump politics. All in simplicity but a very important message!

A bedtime routine book with a Japanese poetic touch in the story and in the illustrations style. An unique, original and well done book!

A good start... lot of stuff to put into place but it look promising. An interesting choice of «heroes», maybe some will add up to the list, but it's certainly a different Justice League. Original work!

4,5/5. Un autre bon recueil de nouvelles du King. Des nouvelles variées, mon appréciation aussi varie d'une nouvelle à l'autre, mais c'est presque toujours le cas avec un recueil. Dans l'ensemble de bonnes nouvelles, troubles par moment, plus tranquilles parfois, mais bien intéressantes et divertissantes. Seul point qui lui fait perdre 0,5 quelques nouvelles ne sont pas inédites, elles sont soit parues en numériques, soit dans d'autres recueils, c'est le cas pour au moins trois dont je suis certains, peut-être y en a-t-il d'autres que je n'ai pas repérées. Néanmoins un excellent recueil que les fans du King apprécieront!

Cela m'aura pris bien du temps pour terminer ce livre. Non qu'il soit mauvais, mais ce n'est pas ce à quoi je m'attendais. Le livre entre-mêle deux styles, le premier est l'histoire de la poursuite de Moby Dick et cette partie est excellente, mais elle est sans cesse coupée par des digressions sur l'anatomie des baleines, le côté économiques, mercantile de la pêche à la baleine et autres sujets reliés aux baleines, ce qui peut être laissant, surtout si l'on considère que ces faits dates d'une autres époques et que plusieurs ne sont plus valides, concernant l'anatomie par exemple, on croyait encore que le baleine était un poisson à l'époque. Je donnerais un 4 pour l'histoire et un 3 aux digressions, qui demeurent tout de même instructives, mais cassent sérieusement le rythme, j'y vais donc pour un global de 3,5/5.

Maybe not the best one so far, but we learn a lot about the origin of those two news heroes/villain/not so sure yet. Like the others, really a series driven by it's storyline which is rich and deep!

A kid book about the importance of collectivity and working together. It also take the form of always adding and element to the same sentences over and over again, which can be fun to try to remember and working memory trick with your child. Nothing really special about it, but well done!

The title catch my attention! That why I choose this book at first without really knowing what is was about. It's more or less a fiction book, with pieces of self-help/magic thinking throw here and there in the story, the protagonist itself is a self-help writer so... There are some good part, mostly some reflexion about life and positive thinking, which is a good thing, better be positive, but always be careful to not become blinded by magical thinking, but it mostly an average life drama story with a writing slightly below average. Kind of a self-help book with a story. It seem I can make a comprehensible point of view here so I should stop, I hope you get the point of that book. Not a bad one, but not really a good one either. I would have like deeper reflexion and maybe something a bit more special about the story.
