Not bad, but not very original. It remind me of a Batman issue, last week I think, where Batman race to save hostage from the Joker... quite similar here!!

Bien écrit, un style intéressant, mais une histoire qui ne mène franchement à rien. Je reconnais les talents de l'auteure pour ce qui est de sa plume, mais pour l'intrigue, la narration, c'est tout autre chose. Je n'ai pas aimé!

3,5/5. Un tel drame doit certainement briser et éparpiller une famille, et c'est également ce que le roman fait... il s'éparpille. On essaie de traiter trop de chose ici. Fugue, enlèvement, viol, prostitution, violence conjugale, infidélité, rébellion adolescente, et j'en passe. De plsu le style un peu terne, pas banal, mais pas loin, n'augmente en rien le plaisir de lecture. C'est une histoire qui a été raconté mille fois, avec tous les clichés que cela implqiue, et qui de plus prend un énorme détour, pas nécessairement utile, pour rien. Malgré tout, il y a du bon, le suspense est bien mené et nous garde attentif. J'ai bien aimé les chapitres sur la jeune fille «Julie» à rebourd qui nous fond apercevoir tranquillement d'où elle vient et son histoire, mais à reculons. Du bon et du moins bon. Un divertissement correcte et passablement efficace, mais auquel le manque d'originalité fait très mal.

2,5/5. I was expecting to learn way more out of this one. It cover every aspect of the subject, but on the surface, in a basic way, that made it useful only for somebody who just started to do bicycle and know absolutely nothing about it.

4,5/5. What a great and original story! An epic fantasy adventure who has animal for characters. That could sound childish, but it's quite dark. A very short story that is able to introduce interesting and deep characters, a good universe/atmosphere and a brilliant story of power and treason. I think the ending is a bit to fast, I would have love a bit more of the after, but it's still a very beautiful discovery!

A book that present and teach you to do acrylic painting. Well done, easy to goes through the section, good organization and I also really like the steps by steps where it shows you how to create a painting but with a real painting has an example and you see every steps of it and I find it very interesting. A better book then what I was expecting!!

Good Batman collected works here. First part there is a story stretch in a couple of issues (three if I remember it correctly), which put Batman against the Riddler. The rest of it is more or less stand-alone issue of some old Batman Detective Comics series. Nothing extraordinary in this one. But good enough and entertaining so I don't regret buying it!

Presenting musical instruments by trying to write the sound they make and then show the image an unique, strange and poor choice. The illustrations of the instruments are alright, but writing the sound they make... seriously?!? This book should have at least a button that make the sound, or a cd that came with it. Bad idea!

A story about bully, involving vegetables, fruits and other foods. I give a thumbs up for the intention, bullying is a big problem and need to be talk about, but I'm not so sure about the way the book does it.

Really funny story about the live of a ghost and the friendship that he make with an young boy. The illustrations and the pages organization are truly pretty and original. The story is fun and will surely make you laugh. I loved it a lot!
