i love historical fiction such as this series, and i grew up watching this show with my mom. a lot of people are rightly upset with the way native americans are tested and portrayed in this book. it made me uncomfortable as well. however i am glad it was portrayed this way because it’s truthful and we shouldn’t pretend it never happened. i think we can still enjoy classics while calling out  their prejudices. overall i’m looking forward to reading the rest of the series

it took a while for this book to get to it, but the twist was a lot better than i was expecting! i ended up really enjoying it overall 

if you’ll excuse me i’ll be laying in bed crying about this amazing book for the next three days

i watched the netflix show without knowing there was a graphic novel. this was really good i’m excited to read the next one and see how it differs

read this in one day. 2 hours to be exact.
