this was cute and had good potential but there were parts of their relationship that i personally did not feel were completely fleshed out. also a few plot holes along the way.

as a general rule i never read books if i know one or more of the main characters is a cop or soldier and if its not in the blurb, 9 times out of 10 ill dnf it as soon as that’s revealed.

for some reason i decided to tell myself to fuck off and read this book anyway knowing going into it that one of them is in the military. last time i’ll ever make that mistake. ce ricci, one day you will have to answer for the crimes you have committed in writing this book. THIS IS WHY YOU COULDNT WRITE NEVER WILL I EVER????? YOU JUST *HAD* TO PUT THIS UTTER COWSHIT INTO THE WORLD?????????? PUT THE PEN DOWN IM DEAD SERIOUS!!!!!!! i’m not joking when i say this was one of the worst books ive tried to read in my whole life.

the first 30% is dead ass just straight up nonstop sex. like genuinely nonstop. as in, did not stop. eventually i had to fucking hang it up bc even i, the biggest pervert i know, could not handle one more second of this nonsense
