4.5 stars. waittt i kind of loved this. i thought it was a really good representation of polyamorous relationships
this was by no means a good book. objectively, it was just plain bad. the writing, the dialogue, the characters, their relationship???? genuinely awful. this author should put her pen down for real.
HOWEVERRRR the drama was great and i couldn’t stop listening. we were almost getting to hate read status. the only reason this has 2 stars instead of 1 is that the sex was so fucking hot my eyes were bugging out of my head at some points.. like aWOOOGAA humina humina humina boioioioinggggg cocky want boing boing frrrr
no clue why it’s called room hate bc the “hatred” lasted like 2 days. it was a much different book than i was expecting it to be, which wasn’t necessarily a bad thing. there were some sweet moments but they were overshadowed by the way he treated her at the very beginning. like i was actually shocked by the things he said to her and was making that nene leakes gif face irl in my car on the way home from work yesterday. AND WHAT SHE DID WASNT EVEN THAT BAD BRO!!!!!!!!!!!! girl and he was fucking his current gf loudddd asssss fuckkkkk with the FMC in the next room!!!!!!!!!! EW!!!!!!
and the current gf that was collateral damage was so fucking sweet and didn’t deserve any of the shit she had to deal with regarding this fucked up relationship between two truly fucked up people AND WE GOT NO CLOSURE WITH HER!!!!!!!!!!!!! it was just like shrug welp worry we ruined your life as you knew it but i couldn’t help myself our genitals want each other too much!!! like… ok…….
moral of the story all men are gross NO EXCEPTIONS but they can be hot too……………

3.5 stars. LIGHTYEARS better than the first one, but it’s still missing something for me idkkk but i’m foaming at the mouth for mia and sebastian’s book bc i’m freakin obsessed w her
definitely the best in the series by far but still not #good.
the author talks in the acknowledgements at the end ab how much she loves sports etc. but i do not think she knows a single thing ab the actual organization of them, especially those at the collegiate level. like there were parts of this that she just straight up pulled out of her ass it was crazy.
even in the kinds of books in which it’s very clear the author has never watched a single game of the sport in their lives, there’s still a general understanding of the fucking league it belongs to???
idk maybe i personally just know too much about this shit that i cant suspend disbelief long enough to enjoy the book.

they had no chemistry outside of wanting to fuck each other. every adult in this book sucked except for wanda. this book was light years longer than it should’ve been. like k thought we were wrapping up then looked down at my phone and boom still had 2.5 hours left on the audiobook ?!?!?!? BYE!!!!!
