didn’t really get it

i love women!!!!! felt unfinished to me though yk

god this story is so fucked up. it’s crazy how she sets us up to make us think the lottery is a good thing and it ends with people straight up stoning their neighbor with whom they were joking like 10 minutes prior. it’s so haunting and subtly horrific. i love it.

loveddd this, but it felt a teeny tiny bit too long

we begin with 5 stars.

- 1 star for being about 400 pages longer than necessary
- 1 star for the FMC being a zodiac girl
- 1 star for the horrible stupid fucking nickname “Cay” and the gross overuse of the phrases “our girl” and “my guys”
+ 1 star for it being funny as fuck
+ 1 star for being hot as fuck

that leaves us with 4 stars. goodbye *curtsy*

3.25 stars. this was really sweet but forgettable. i love the two of them together

more of a 3.5-4 bc it was so insanely relatable to my life specifically like it was actually kind of scary
