Before you read be aware there is incest(adopted sister/brother), and an adult/minor relationship.

The story itself was decent but I could have done without the incestuous type relationship, although this was written/published in 1988 so things may have been a bit different then

I really enjoyed listening to this audiobook and Evie has to be one of my favorite people in it! This book brought me back to childhood in a way with the paleontology because I wanted to be an archeologist when I was young so hearing about the digs and the bones and the histories were very exciting!

I was totally not expecting the twist later in the book! The story was very good and I'm glad there was a kind of happy ending, but I would love to hear more about the other dinosaurs stories because Theo's was pretty touching.

Oh my God this book! It definitely started off a bit slow and confusing but picked up pretty fast, so much so I didn't want to put it down but had to so I could make it through work and get a little bit of sleep!

This is such an empowered story for women and the struggles it is to be a women in this world. I will be recommending this book to everyone I can!

Started off good but honestly I'm just so confused

Oh this was a good short listen on audio, the adventure and new and old friendships were so fun! I will definitely be looking into the rest of the series!

3.5

The story itself was really good but I personally could have done without Faron's pov, her sister Elara is such a better person! I'm not sure if I will read the second book or not but this one was pretty okay
