4.5⭐️ My first historical fiction and first read by this author. I was engaged the whole time I was reading, and the author did a great job of making you feel like you’re in the book. The characters had depth, and I really loved Shep. This was a fantastic read.

Every person in this book was terrible but I especially don’t feel bad for Megan. I hated her so much and she deserved everything that happened to her. Anna is terrible too I don’t feel any sympathy for her. Good book and I finished it in a a few hours.

3.5⭐️ Quick read, straight to the point and good story. I finished this in less than 3 hours. It was thrilling enough to keep you wondering and short enough that it didn’t drag.
